    Recommended Use:
    As a dietary supplement for men, take 2 capsules daily preferably before exercise.     I really enjoy this product. If you take it an hour prior to working out, it will give you an extra boost and better pumps. I see a little more vascularity than before taking the product. The price beats MuscleTech products with the same results, if not better results.
